With the change in ownership @ HP, or at least the Beemiller division what changes are in store ?
So far the only difference I can see is that they are now listing a $5 S&H charge for accessory orders starting August 1. Prices however are the same as they've been since I first became an HP owner back in 2009.
It will be interesting to see if the core practices, esp. warranty and parts service remain unchanged.
It will also be interesting to see if the product line up and or designs remain static.

This will be interesting to see what happens. I've read several reports indicating that the level of service and depth/completeness of the warranty has already suffered. I've not had to deal with any warranty issues so i can't say.
I will say that HP has always been in-comparable and unmatched by others... I hope it remains that way.

I noticed a small crack in the frame of my JCP by the trigger pin the last time I cleaned it, I spose I should send it in sooner than later. I do have several thousand rounds through it so maybe its time for a refurb.

They say all good things must come to an end..... I hope that isn't the case with Hi Point. Time will tell.

I'm afeared they will go the way of the Harley, money talks, the core supporters are ignored. This happened at Harley in '83 when it was bought by a group of Willie's greedies. Since financiers and lawyer types bought the company they figured why not ignore the core group of supporters and market to the rich and famous. It worked, now they are studied the same as walfart for their business acumen.

Hope so... mags are already reasonable, especially if they now polish the lips by default!!!
