OK guys, I’ve been away from the forums for awhile because of my hand injury so forgive me if this has already been covered.
You may want to sit down first... Pro Mag 995 30 ROUND DRUM!!! Product ID: 166125 at hipointpro.com
http://www.hipointpro.com/item/166125_Promag_Magazines_PROMAG_HI_POINT_995_30RD_.aspx
Are these things real or what? Has anyone bought one yet? I need some answers quick because I’m itching to type in my credit card info right now! I was going to order one of these immediately but I thought it would be safer to get some feedback from some of my Hi-Point Brothers before I waste $40, but I don’t know how long I can hold off. All I ask is that no one turn this in to a Pro Mag 15er’s are junk post because my Pro Mags are working fine after a few mods (that's a whole other post). I just need some proof that they exsist and that this isn't some farse. Because I remember some guys joking around about it and photoshopping a picture on one of "the" forums a long time ago.

Yes, it is CRAP!
Ape posted about this a while back, and called Promag, and it simply does not exist!

Why the heck does hipointpro.com advertise them for sale :grrrrrrrr: ? I've ordered stuff from them before but this kinda makes them look bad if this drum doesn't even exist. I thought it was strange that they didn't provide a picture.

Do me a favor and send them a message telling them we're BOYCOTTING their collective asses for still advertising it! :grrrrrrrr: :grrrrrrrr:
Matter of fact EVERYONE please go there and inundate them with messages syaing the same thing PLEASE!
I just sent them another one this weekend. ANd when I went to see if they had replied yet it had been deleted! Yet the 30 round drum is still advertised!

I went through this not too long ago with them.
The final result was that Promag has never and more than likely will never make one!!
They did a prototype quite some time ago and they couldn't get it right.
Then it got put on the back burner and it's sat there ever since!

I told those assholes to take it off their site or they'd be losing lots of business. However they obviously don;t think I was serious?! :x

IMO it's a variation of "bait and switch"! They get you jazzed about it and then you wait with baited breathe for it's release. All the while buying other stuff from them when you check in every day to see if it's available yet! :mad3: :sniper: :machinegun:

No need to delete it..... It's good to remind everyone to go give those scumbags hell for false advertising!

Hey TW, how about doing a post on the mods you did on your pro mag 15's. A lot of us would like to do the same.

Hipointpro.com is just another redirect of tgscom.com. Topglock.com is another front for it. Not exactly the best retailer.
here is the list of there fronts

This one was templewarriors doing Panoz. ;-)

I just jumped in to have everyone boycott these dirt bags. ;-)

By the way grifter, thanks for that listing.
I knew they had other sites since I've seen others with the exact same web design.
But I never checked into who the parent company is. :-?

Now that we know that I believe we should let the Parent Co. know that they're chasing money away! ;-)

I emailed them too, took some liberties with the truth about having contacted Promag, ( I trust Ape, and he did contact them, so that's as good as contacting them myself, right? )and told them I'd love to hear why they were still listing a non-existent item. Wonder if they'll contact me?

Thanks ajole!

Did you use their stupid "contact us" option that takes you to that dumb chat room message board?
Let me know if they answer your message. Since they just deleted my last one!

So come on the rest of you! Go to either hipointpro.com or to the parent company link Grifter gave us (preferably both) and raise some hell! ;-)

These guys are suckering people to their site with this knowing full well it was never even made!

How is your hand doing? Having had both hands out of commission a few years ago I can thus appreciate your opening statement. Hope all is well or very close to being 100%.
