There is a "nubbin" on the top on the left grip that is supposed to hold against the safety lever. Could be worn out or maybe accidentally cut off
(Don't ask how I know of these things).

Those darned nubbins are always getting lost! Easy fix though, ten ton epoxy and Vaseline. Mix the epoxy and dab it under the grip in the appropriate spot and then ask the wife how to best use the vaseline while waiting for it to set..... :whistle:

Can't. Wife's purse pistol. SHE's the Navy veteran. SHE has the carry permit. SHE has the Small Arms Expert awards. I'm well protected.
